DISPLAY AND PURCHASE OF GOODS


  • PRODUCTS
    • V našem internetovém obchodě se zboží zobrazuje v těchto režimech:
      • CATALOG - the main information about the goods is the picture
      • LIST - tabular (line) display of goods
      • DETAIL - contains full information about the goods, including photo gallery and attachments
    • Goods are grouped by category (logical division by use) or by other criteria, such as brands. Pro rychlé zobrazení konkrétního produktu lze využít VYHLEDÁVACÍHO OKNA v hlavičce e-shopu a to zadáním sekvence alfa-numerických znaků. The search is full-text.
    • After opening a category you can use filtering, in which you can set your desired parameters.
    • For the actual purchase of goods, enter the desired amount of units of measure in the appropriate fields. You are informed about the financial volume of goods placed in the basket in the header of the e-shop.
  • SHOPPING CART
    • In the shopping cart there is a line view of the goods ready for purchase. You can change the quantity, cancel individual lines, or return to the purchase (to the catalogue, list, detail or favourites).
    • You can also choose from the payment terms and shipping methods offered here. Alternatively, you can choose a delivery address.
    • Another option is to check the request to send only the complete delivery
    • Re-count
      • In the case of a change in the number of items in the basket, or after removing an entire item, it is possible to recalculate the basket using the RE-COUNT button.
    • ORDER PREPARATION
      • If all the items in your shopping cart match, you can proceed to the actual ordering of the goods. The first step is to use the PREPARE ORDER button.
    • Empty cart
      • If you need to cancel all items in your shopping cart, use the EMPTY CART button
  • ORDER SUMMARY
    • After pressing the PREPARE ORDER button, the ORDER SUMMARY will be generated. At this step you can still check the contents of the prepared order. If any discrepancies are found, you can return to the shopping cart by clicking BACK TO CART. If all the data is correct, you have the option to add the following data to the prepared order:
      • ORDER NUMBER - your internal order number
      • Fulfill by - the date by which you require the order to be fulfilled. Please note: the execution date filled by the system can only be extended
      • NOTE - any entry can be used, for example, to communicate with our merchant.
      • AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS - in accordance with legislation, you may be required to agree to the terms and conditions and confirm that you are aware of the right of withdrawal. Use the link to access both of these documents.
    • The following is the actual ordering of the goods by pressing the ORDER button.
    • After ordering the goods, the system confirms the date of receipt of the order and assigns a unique number to the order. At the same time, it will automatically send you an e-mail confirming your order.
